AFC VISION

To develop the human resources, both managerial and training, and to acquire the training facilities and equipment needed, to effectively train youth soccer players to develop their full potential in soccer. This will require changing the local culture’s attitude towards’ long-term player development, their concept of success, and raising the communities general awareness about the sport. 

AFC MISSION

America Football Club (America FC) provides its coaches and players the opportunity to develop their soccer abilities and knowledge to their highest potential. Our goal is to develop players with self-confidence, ball control, on-field creativity, teamwork, and respect for themselves, others, and the game in a team environment through instruction of the technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects of soccer. America FC aims to create a “soccer culture” that prepares those involved for the challenges presented by soccer and life.

Under pressure situations, players demonstrate great mental control and mastery at manipulating the soccer ball.

They strive to achieve the highest form of play where they use their technical skills combined with their imagination to play the sport of soccer artistically.
